  • Deposit:

  A deposit of 300€ of your costs is required when you make your reservation. The rest of the fee should be paid before the 30th june 2011.
  

  Cancellation: (Please read carefully)

  Should cancellation be made by us (Beaulieu would have to have been declared a disaster area for this to happen!!), the complete amount of any payment made by you will be refunded. No additional compensation will be payable for expenses you may have incurred.

  In case of written cancellation by you:

  Before the 15th June 2011: a forfeit of 100 € will be retained to cover administrative expenses. The rest will be reimbursed.
  
  Between 15th June and 9th july 2011: the deposit will be retained by Planète Harmonie. If already paid, the balance will be reimbursed.
  
  If you leave during the course for any reason no reimbursement will be made as costs will have already been committed.

  This will not be banked by Planète Harmonie before the start date of the course. In cases where the balance has not been paid by 17th July 2010, places will no longer be reserved and will be offered to people on the waiting list.
  

                                                - 350 € for teaching and yoga practices.

                                                - 420 € for accomodation and meals

                                                - add 100 € for single room or 50 € for twin bed room
