Great care is being taken with the quality of food being provided on the course. We have chosen local products from organic producers and they will supply us with fresh and healthy products including cereals, oils, vegetable produce, bread, cheese, milk and wine. 

Food will be vegetarian and will include milk products and eggs. The vegetarian cooking on offer will be varied and well balanced and will treat us to flavours from around the world. The cost of the course includes all meals (from the evening meal on saturday lunch on the following Saturday).
