Presentation - The association
planèteharmonie was created in 2005 by Muriel Prudhomme. Muriel wishes to contribute to human development by helping you to discover that the journey of life is a permanent spiritual revelation. Let us make this part of the journey together. A few words about Muriel: 
| Muriel Prudhomme is a Yoga Teacher who was born in1964 and has an eight year old daughter.
Having practised traditional Yoga since 1993 Muriel trained at the International School of Traditional Yoga, which is close to Shri Mahesh and to the International Samvit Sagar Yoga School in India under the teaching of Swami Suddhananda.
She has rich experience of a wide range of the teachings and practices of different traditions (Sivananda, Satyananda Saraswati, Raja Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism and Tantrism), acquired during her training. She is particularly interested in the philosophy of Vedanta.
Muriel has a Higher Education Diploma in Communication Studies and after professional experience in posts of responsibility; she left Paris to live in the Corrèze with her family. Co-founder and administrative head of the Association PlanèteHarmonie, she has been teaching traditional Yoga according to the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo since 2003 in Corrèze and in the Lot. She passes on her art in the hope that each one will find their own pathway.

TRANSMISSION
Muriel supported by her friends, works at the heart of the association to promote and diffuse the knowledge of traditional yoga in its purest thousand year old expression (védas, upanishads)
The lessons involve postural work accessible to all by taking account of each individual’s situation, in the spirit of integral yoga and of all yogas.
EXCHANGE
Faithful to our motto “All of Life Is Yoga” and respecting the vision and the spirit of thousand year old yoga, we organise activities and initiations in all aspects of life. These openings favour and stimulate meetings with other people and groups working for the same aim.

SHARING
This new ethic of relationships will develop meetings and common projects so as to increase everyone’s internal and material richness.
